It's important to note that the warranty does not extend to lost items, normal wear and tear-related issues (such as a bent earring or broken chain), improper use or storage, and any modifications performed by a third party unrelated to Fawnstar. Please note also that earrings that are for pierced ears cannot be returned due to health and safety policies, however may be fixed or replaced.
