Our warranty ensures your peace of mind. For a period of 12 months from the date of purchase, we stand behind our commitment to address any material or workmanship issues with your jewelry. If damage occurs, simply reach out to us, and we'll fix your item or collaborate to find a satisfactory resolution.

We design & create handcrafted, responsibly sourced pieces designed for longevity. Our confidence in the product's quality is reflected in the 12 month coverage. It's important to note that the warranty does not extend to lost items, normal wear and tear-related issues (such as a bent earring or broken chain), improper use or storage, and any modifications performed by a third party unrelated to Fawnstar. Please note also that earrings that are for pierced ears cannot be returned due to health and safety policies, however may be fixed or replaced.

Please be aware that items acquired through a third-party vendor, beyond Fawnstar.com and Fawnstar stores, are not covered by Fawnstar's warranty. In such cases, we recommend contacting the specific vendor from which the items were purchased for assistance.

What our warranty will cover:

If your item has been lost or stolen in transit to you

Your item has been damaged in transit

A manufacturing fault in your item including;

Charms and/or pendants missing

Prescious stones not in place on arrival

Tarnished Jewellery on arrival

Chipped Jewellery on arrival

Jewellery with clasps that are faulty or not able to be used correctly

Jewellery that has any missing parts that are advertised

What our warranty does not cover:

Damage including bent jewellery

Jewellery that has been lost after arrival

Jewellery that has been improperly stored or cared for

Jewellery that has common wear and tear such as scratches

Jewellery that has common wear and tear such as tarnishing that did not occur within 30 days of purchase.

PLEASE NOTE: All items are to be shipped back to us in original packaging for further inspection. We do not cover the return shipping fees, however once our studio has inspected the items and if they are eligible we will ship the replacement or mended item back to you free of charge.

If the items are not eligble the shipping fee will be paid by customer.

Do you ship Australian Post FREE?

YES. All Australian orders are FREE Postage

 

Can I have my order posted overnight?

YES, there is an overnight and express postage option for any address in the Australia Post Next Day delivery network your orders place Monday-Thursday before 12:00pm AEST will arrive between 7am and 5pm the next day. 

If you are unsure if your address is within the Australia Post Next Day delivery network please check your state and postcode by clicking here. If your address is outside the network it will not be overnight but it will be the fastest delivery option available.

[Timing of delivery is subject to payment authorization and stock availability.We do not dispatch or deliver at weekends or public holidays. Fawnstar cannot be held responsible for late or failed deliveries for reasons outside of its control e.g. in the cases of adverse weather conditions, incorrect delivery address not due to our error.]

  

Can I sign for my parcel to ensure it is safe?

YES. A signature on delivery will be optioned on all parcels to ensure saftey of your parcel. If you are not at home at the time of delivery a calling card will be left to collect at a selected Australia Post Office.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Is international shipping FREE?  

YES. Free international shipping is available worldwide (except Monaco).

 

How long does shipping take?  

3-10 business days from date of dispatch. [NOTE: Occasionally delays from your local authorities can occur to clear the parcel through customs].

 

Can I get International Express Shipping?  

YES. International Express Shipping is available to selected countries for an extra cost - on the final page of check out you will have an option of Express if it is available to your address. International Express Shipping is non refundable. 

 

How long does International Express Shipping Take?  

2-5 business days to most major cities from date of dispatch. [NOTE: Occasionally delays from your local authorities can occur to clear the parcel through customs].

 

Where is my tracking number?  

When your parcel is dispatched we will send you a notification email with your tracking number and a link to view your parcel (online tracking service is not available to all countries).
