Our warranty ensures your peace of mind. For a period of 12 months from the date of purchase, we stand behind our commitment to address any material or workmanship issues with your jewelry. If damage occurs, simply reach out to us, and we'll fix your item or collaborate to find a satisfactory resolution.

We design & create handcrafted, responsibly sourced pieces designed for longevity. Our confidence in the product's quality is reflected in the 12 month coverage. It's important to note that the warranty does not extend to lost items, normal wear and tear-related issues (such as a bent earring or broken chain), improper use or storage, and any modifications performed by a third party unrelated to Fawnstar. Please note also that earrings that are for pierced ears cannot be returned due to health and safety policies, however may be fixed or replaced.

Please be aware that items acquired through a third-party vendor, beyond Fawnstar.com and Fawnstar stores, are not covered by Fawnstar's warranty. In such cases, we recommend contacting the specific vendor from which the items were purchased for assistance.

What our warranty will cover:

If your item has been lost or stolen in transit to you

Your item has been damaged in transit

A manufacturing fault in your item including;

Charms and/or pendants missing

Prescious stones not in place on arrival

Tarnished Jewellery on arrival

Chipped Jewellery on arrival

Jewellery with clasps that are faulty or not able to be used correctly

Jewellery that has any missing parts that are advertised

What our warranty does not cover:

Damage including bent jewellery

Jewellery that has been lost after arrival

Jewellery that has been improperly stored or cared for

Jewellery that has common wear and tear such as scratches

Jewellery that has common wear and tear such as tarnishing that did not occur within 30 days of purchase.

PLEASE NOTE: All items are to be shipped back to us in original packaging for further inspection. We do not cover the return shipping fees, however once our studio has inspected the items and if they are eligible we will ship the replacement or mended item back to you free of charge.

If the items are not eligble the shipping fee will be paid by customer.

ORDERING INFORMATION

Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email please contact us directly at info@fawnstar.com      

LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS:

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us asap so that we may assist you.

   

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY:

If there is a manufacturing fault present with your order we are able to issue refund or exchange.

Due to health and safety reasons we cannot offer an exchange or refund on pierced earrings or for any items where you have changed your mind, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it. 

For all other items you may exchange within 7 days from date of purchase and within 15 days for international orders. Customers will be responsible for all Express shipping & re-shipping charges for exchanges. Items not received within this timeframe will not be accepted. Fawnstar must receive the product in the original packaging via Express Post and in the exact condition it was sent out in. It must not have been worn.

 

 

REFUNDS

All faulty items will be fully inspected before a refund can be issued. Our studio must receive the product in the original packaging and in the exact condition it was sent out in. It must not have been worn.

If you are requesting a refund we will credit the payment service on which it was purchased with. 

 

FAULTY ITEMS:

All items are quality checked before they are ready for dispatch however on the very occasionally there may be a fault we didn't find.

Claims for faulty goods must be made within 24 hours of goods delivered.

Please note that the general wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault. The jewellery containing, glass, resin or semi precious stones are delicate and fragile and should be handled carefully. Crystal or glass stones breaking from mishandling is not considered a manufacturing fault. Manufacturing faults do not include cracked or broken stones or if an item has been bent out of shape from wear or if the plating starts to fade. 

The jewellery is handmade and can be very fragile. If it is dropped on a hard surface it could break or stones could loosen. Fawnstar is not required to fix items have been broken or replace stones.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

Fawnstar jewellery is hand crafted, which means each and every piece is unique.  Due to the fragile nature of the jewellery the upmost care must be taken. The metal components used are Gold Filling, Gold Plating, Stainless Steel, Brass & Zinc Alloy . Some stones that are not soldered in are glued resulting in them being more fragile. We recommend all jewellery be cleaned only with a polishing cloth. No detergents or cleaning solutions should be used. 

Always keep your item stored in a safe place and away from perfume, moisturizer and hairspray. Do not wet the metal. Take jewellery off when washing hands, having a shower or swimming. Dropping causing damage will not be considered a fault and will not result in a refund. Damage from careless wear is not the responsibility of the label.
